Amirhossein Mousavi
Amirhossein Mousavi is a 15 year-old refugee boy. He comes from Afghanistan but was born in Iran.
Since then, he and his family have moved from Iran to Afghanistan, then back to Iran and from there to Turkey and Greece. He has lived in Moria refugee camp, Lesvos, for nine months and in Malakasa refugee camp, Attica, for almost 2 years. He has a passion for computer science and programming that led to the development of covidmediainfo website, a website that aims to inform refugee
communities about the pandemic across the world. His motto is ‘knowledge is power’. Thus, he aspires to continue his work in programming and use his knowledge to inform and empower refugee communities in Europe. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar.
